We recently were fortunate enough to have Theodora and David sell our unit in Noosaville. Theodora and David Garwood turned what is usually a daunting task into a pleasure. Everyone wants the best price for his or her property and we truly believe that we achieved the absolute maximum price in the market place.
They kept the advertising costs to the minimum and our property sold under the average selling time for units in the area. Both Theodora and David provided the “personal” service that comes with a small operation. We are located interstate but felt as if were right next to them during the entire process. They contacted us immediately after each open day with feedback on every person that attended the day.
They also helped in arranging for the removal of our old furniture as well s the necessary tradesman to meet the requirements of the eventual buyer. They did everything humanly possible to assist in the sale of the property.

Agents usually over promise and under deliver but in my case however, David Garwood proved to be trustworthy and reliable, and his word and reports could be believed. He was always prompt and unfailing in his feedback and information to me about progress and inspections, consistent in his approach, giving me advice and ideas which were useful and I felt comfortable with trusting him with all aspects of selling my $2million property.

I met Theodora as she was walking past my unit one day. When she realised I was selling it she asked if she could have a look. Theodora came through and told me then and there that she would sell it, which was a huge breath of fresh air, as it had been listed with another real estate agent for 12 months and they had done absolutely nothing.
In the next couple of weeks we had signed everything up and away Theodora went. Plenty of open houses, and attention on my property. This was wonderful as it was listed in the lower price range and would not amount to much commission when sold. I was treated with the utmost respect and Theodora viewed my property like it was worth a million dollars. This was unusual as well and it gave me confidence in my property and that it would be sold. Well it did!! In about 3 weeks in a difficult market.

When my wife and I decided to sell our 1 bedroom unit in South Pacific resort, Noosaville, we did not know what to look for in an estate agent and so we met with a few. We definitely found what we needed when we met with Theodora and David Garwood, they certainly stood out from the rest.

I have employed Theodora as my selling agent on 4 occasions over the past 7 years and she has always come up trumps. On the last occasion she had my property at 23 Persoonia lane Doonan jointly listed with another agent who had 4 listings in the street. I did not think she would prevail in this case but she did so achieving a record price for the area of a massive $1,520,000.

Theodora gets the job done
Theodora is very knowledgeable when it comes to selling, she seems to be a bit of an expert in unit sales around the Noosa area. She is very intuitive and works well in difficult situations where a sale is complicated by BC restrictions, size, or bank hoops to jump. Investors or residential seem to be delighted with her approaches, her after sales service is commendable. Like many we choose to give Theodora our repeate business because she gets the job done and won't be beaten.
