Noosa Gardens Resort situated in Noosaville on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast is only 200 metres to the restaurant strip of Gympie Terrace on the Noosa River, swimming, kayak and boat hire, cafes, bars, shops and ferry into Hastings Street or down the river to view the beautiful sunsets. Hop on a bike and ride down to Hastings Street along Noosa Parade. Great way to beat the traffic and exercise.
This spacious 2 bedroom 2 storey townhouse is a great investment so close to the action of Noosa Heads. It is situated half way down the northern driveway, in a peaceful section of the resort and is quite private. The morning sun embraces the entry to the townhouse and in the summer the outdoor area at the rear of the townhouse is perfect for relaxing and staying away from the hot sun.
The highlight of the resort apart from its location are the lush tropical gardens , large open BBQ areas, two pools and spa. The large pool and spa are heated which is a great way to begin or end the day and the second pool is great for families with toddlers. The expansive lawn and tropical garden area, is great for entertaining family and friends. The townhouse comes furnished if you wish, with 1 queen bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom, a full walk in shower and renovated bathroom upstairs. The downstairs has an open lounge, dining and renovated kitchen with a full laundry including washing machine and dryer with separate toilet. The kitchen includes a full size fridge, dishwasher, stove with oven and microwave. There is under stairway storage and a carport exclusive to this unit. WiFi and Foxtel provided.
